Meet Darlene, the Kundalini Darling
Namaste, I am Darlene Attard, a Kundalini Yoga teacher, meditation guide, and lifelong practitioner devoted to helping busy individuals reconnect with their inner peace steadiness.
My mission is simple: to teach kundalini yoga for self-regulation with practices that are doable anywhere, anytime, so you can come back to your center and experience clarity, calm, and more energy to keep going.
My own lived experiences taught me that stress, uncertainty, and overwhelm can be managed when we calm our nervous system. Through gentle discipline and practical tools, I learned how to overcome my biggest challenges and navigate transitions. From infertility to a toxic relationship, to coping with the pressures of my corporate work as a CPA, not only do I connect with my own center everyday but I am here to help you to find yours.
