I'm Darlene. I see you.
I know what it feels like to be high-functioning on the outside but quietly spiraling on the inside.
To want something so deeply - a baby, a promotion, a peaceful home, a loving relationship, a sense of self - and not know how to get there. When the nervous system is overloaded, no logic makes sense. No peace seems attainable.
And I also know what it feels like when the tools work.
When the breath clears your mind. When meditation opens something you didn't know was closed. When you do the inside work - face your fears, meet your shadows - and finally, finally feel peace. A steadier self. A deep knowing that all is well.
That is why I teach Kundalini yoga.
Not as a quick fix but as a precise technology that brings you back to you. Peaceful and aware.
My mission is simple: to bring this practice to anyone willing to try - strengthening intuition, regulating the nervous system, and returning to a life lived with clarity, freedom, and genuine peace.

My Story
Every day, before the corporate world calls and the demands begin, I start here:
In my den, chanting, breathing, flowing. And yes, dancing too. I'm Puerto Rican. It's in my blood.
Before a single email. Before one phone call. I choose my practice. Not because I have to. Because this is the foundation that lets me show up - steady, present, and fully myself.
As a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher, a Magnified Healing practitioner, and a woman who has walked through more than a few storms and come out whole on the other side -
I can tell you this with certainty:
The practice works.
For over 22 years, I’ve been through the most challenging seasons - stress, burnout, infertility, financial challenges, divorce, and toxic relationships. It has been my daily Kundalini practice that saved me. It is the way I find my calm in the center of each tornado.
When I struggled with infertility, it was my practice that brought me the miracle of a baby, who was raised with the practice and is now a thriving adult.
Kundalini yoga brought me sanity, financial abundance, and a continuous connection to my truest, happiest self.
I teach because I've lived it.
